Q. What is Motherbase?
A. Motherbase is the first genuine retail landmark for premium toys, figures and collectibles in Canada for both avid collectors and newcomers to the collectible toy scene. We carry several established toy brands such as 1000toys, Hot Toys, Bandai, Kaiyodo, Sentinel, Medicom, Kotobukiya and more. Motherbase also acts as a platform for established artists and designers to exhibit their artworks related to the sci-fi, anime and gaming world.
Q. What is the store address?
A. We are located in Yorkville, Toronto’s destination for luxury goods, high-end fashion and fine dining. We are located at Unit #108, 29 Bellair Street, Toronto, ON, Canada. M5R2C8.
Q. What are your store hours?A. We are open from 12 - 7 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Q. Do you accept orders made over the phone?
A. Sorry, we do NOT accept orders made over the phone.
Q. Do you accept holds on product?
A. Due to the limited nature of our products, we do NOT allow holds on any product.
Q. Do you accept pre-orders?
A. Currently, we do NOT accept pre-orders on products. In case of a change of terms, any information regarding possible pre-orders will be announced on our web store and social media accounts with instructions on how to pre-order your product.
Q. Is the price including tax?
A. The price listed does NOT include tax. Tax is dependant on your location in Canada. Orders made in the United States and internationally are NOT subjected to tax, however all or any custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A. Due to the limited nature and exclusivity of the goods, all products are considered final sale. No exchanges and no returns unless under special circumstances. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded, unless otherwise arranged. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee.
Q. Is your online inventory accurate?
A. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed online are available, however we cannot 100% guarantee the availability.
Q. Can I order online and pick up my order in store?
A. Due to security reasons, we do NOT allow online orders to be picked up in-store.
A. When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1 business day.
