THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE STATED UNDER WHICH YOU, THE CUSTOMER, USE WWW.MOTHERBASE.CA WEBSITE.

 

  1. ORDER AND PAYMENT

motherbase.ca only accepts payment Major Credit Cards, and Paypal accounts that have a confirmed address. Our online shopping system will automatically direct you to a secured payment system. Orders will be cancelled and refunded within 12 hours if the payment is from a Paypal account that is unverified or with an unconfirmed address.

motherbase.ca only accepts orders made through our secure online shopping system. You will receive a confirmation email when orders are completed.

  1. AVAILABILITY

motherbase.ca will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all goods displayed are up-to-date and readily available. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the web store merchandise with our inventory, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

  1. PRICE

Default prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If the mailing address is within Canada, individual provincial tax will be applied. Mailing addresses outside of Canada are not subject to any taxes.

motherbase.ca reserves the right to vary prices and other details of the products without prior notice.

  1. DELIVERY

When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1 business day. We will provide you with an update of the status of your order in your order history. We ship products worldwide. All items will be sent by Canada Post service or DHL Express.

motherbase.ca does not guarantee the delivery time. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  1. PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE

Before any product is shipped to the customer, we assure that all products and packaging are thoroughly inspected and checked by our logistics staff before sending out for delivery. We strive to only provide the highest quality of products for our customers.

  1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Due to the limited nature or exclusivity of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced.

In the case of a prearranged exchange, the customer will be required to pay a return shipping fee.
