Before any product is shipped to the customer, we assure that all products and packaging are thoroughly inspected and checked by our logistics staff before sending out for delivery. We strive to only provide the highest quality of products for our customers. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Due to the limited nature or exclusivity of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced. In the case of a prearranged exchange, the customer will be required to pay a return shipping fees.
