Note that the labelling of this product is in Japanese.  Essentially you:

• Allow the base coat to fully cure first (this should preferably be sealed, gloss works best)
• Apply the mask and allow it to dry for at least 20 mins
• Apply the paint colour and allow this to dry
• Peel off the mask
